Influencia De Un Programa De Ejercicio Físico Sobre El Perfil Lipídico En Personas Hipertensas Vinculadas A Redsaluda En La Ciudad De Armenia-Quindío

Hypertension is one of the main factors that contribute to causing heart disease and stroke, which together represent the most important cause of premature death and disability. The overall objective of this study is to determine the influence of a physical exercise program on the lipid profile of hypertensive individuals belonging to Red Salud, in the city of Armenia, Quindío.
After selecting the adult population belonging to Red Salud, the methodological process is divided into two, before and after the physical exercise program, in order to analyze the influence that will have on hypertensive patients. For the analysis of the study we took into account some variables: age, height, weight, BMI, abdominal perimeter and lipid profile.
At the end of the physical exercise program, these were the results: according to the BMI analysis, the patients were overweight (25.0 - 29.9), at the lipid profile level it was found that after physical exercise the average total cholesterol was 199.28 mmg / Dl, c-HDL was 36.21mmg / dl, LDL was 132.34mmg / dl and triglycerides 152.50mmg / dl. Concluding, therefore, that a physical exercise program contributes to the improvement of the lipid profile in hypertensive individuals La hipertensión arterial es una de los principales factores que contribuyen a causar cardiopatías y accidentes cerebrovasculares, que en conjunto representan la causa más importante de muerte prematura y discapacidad. El objetivo general de este estudio busca determinar la influencia de un programa de ejercicio físico sobre el perfil lipídico de personas hipertensas pertenecientes a Red Salud, de la ciudad de Armenia, Quindío.
Después de haber seleccionado la población adulta mayor pertenecientes a Red Salud, el proceso metodológico se divide en dos, en un antes y un después del programa de ejercicio físico, esto con el fin poder analizar la influencia que tendrá sobre los pacientes hipertensos. Para el análisis del estudio se tuvieron en cuenta algunas variables: edad, talla, peso, IMC, perímetro abdominal y el perfil lipídico.
Finalizado el programa de ejercicio físico estos fueron los resultados: según los análisis de IMC, los paciente presentaron sobrepeso (25.0 – 29.9), a nivel del perfil lipídico se encontró que después de realizado el ejercicio físico la media del colesterol total fue de 199.28mmg/dl, el c-HDL fue de 36.21mmg/dl, los LDL fue de 132,34mmg/dl y los triglicéridos de 152,50mmg/dl. Concluyendo así que un programa de ejercicio físico contribuye al mejoramiento del perfil lipídico en personas hipertensas.
