The aim of this study was to determine the influence of a traditional game program, on static and dynamic balance, in students from ages 9 to 12 of INEM high school in Armenia. To achieve this, a traditional game program was design, implement, and guided through the static and dynamic balance. Therefore, this research involved a quasi-experimental quantitative approach. Like wise, it also was implemented a pre and post-test, and the population is composed by 30 students (14 boys and 16 girls) who were randomly selected and divided between control and experimental groups. In a like manner, pre and post-tests were implemented for assessment, using Flamenco test to evaluate static balance and Balance bean to evaluate dynamic balance. These results showed that in the final evaluation there were significant differences in the static balance; with an improvement in the experimental group since the value approaches zero P(< 0.05). It was possible to conclude that by applying traditional games set, during three months with a three days weekly frequency, changes occur in the dynamic and static balance averages, being statistically significant for static equilibrium, in favor of the experimental group.
